Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts is the highest science and art institution in the Republic of Serbia. It is located in the Knez Mihajlova street, which is the main pedestrian zone in Belgrade and one of the oldest landmarks of the city.
Registration
POSMOL 2019 Registration will start at 17:30 on 17th July in the SASA entrance hall. In the following days, the Registration desk will move to the 2nd floor (next to the Hall A).
Scientific Program
The scientific program will take place in two lecture halls:
Hall A (2nd floor): Plenary Sessions, Joint sessions and EMS Parallel Sessions;
Hall B (1st floor): LEPPP Parallel Sessions.
Posters will be presented in two Sessions, in the SASA Gallery of Science and Technology (entrance from the street Đure Jakšića 2 - please see the map below).
Coffee Breaks will be set in front of the Hall A, while lunches will be served in the SASA Club (Mezzanine).
Dress Code
SASA is a distinguished institution of supreme national importance. We kindly ask you to respect a dress code and not to wear:
- short skirts and pants;
- thin shoulder straps, tank top, and sleeveless shirts;
- flip-flops and open-toed sandals.
Social Program
Please, don´t forget to carry your name tags for all social events, they are recognized by the staff as the entrance tickets.
- Welcome Reception: SASA Club (Mezzanine), Wednesday 17th July, 18:00 - 20:00.
- Conference Excursion: Boat cruise along Sava and Danube rivers, Saturday 20th July. Gathering at 17:00 in front of the SASA main entrance, then a short walk to the port.
- Conference Dinner: Restaurant "Amsterdam", Kej Oslobodjenja bb, Zemun, Saturday 20th July, 20:00. Transfer to the restaurant is organized.
- Workshop Dinner: Restaurant "Reka", Kej Oslobodjenja 73, Zemun. Transfer to the restaurant is organized. Gathering at 20:00 in front of the SASA main entrance.
