Accommodation

Please note that there are no more pre-booked rooms available in the listed hotels! Some of the hotels still have a small number of rooms available for direct reservations and on booking.com. Also, services such as Airbnb offer very good deals for renting apartments in the city center.

The Technical Organizer, PanaComp Wonderland Travel, offers accommodation in some of the best Belgrade hotels at reduced prices for conference participants. All hotels are located in the city center, within walking distance from the conference venue.

Reservation of the transfer between airport and hotel is also available within the form. The price is 20 EUR per car, per direction. Max. number of passengers per car is 3. If you still don´t have your flight details, you can book the Airport Transfer later at Travel page.

After submission of the form, a confirmation e-mail will be sent followed by an email from Panacomp Wonderland agency with details for the payment via bank transfer. Reservations will be processed in order of application. Your reservation will be completed upon the verification of your payment. Any questions concerning accommodation and payment details may be directed to the Panacomp agency at mice@panacomp.net.

All cancellations for hotels must be sent to PanaComp - Wonderland Travel in written form (e-mail: mice@panacomp.net).

For cancellations received until Friday, 14th of June 2019, deposits will be refunded less 40EUR for administrative costs. After this date, no refund will be possible.
